Due to the nature of our products being non-tangible irrevocable goods, we cannot issue refunds after the order is complete and you have been sent the download link.  It is the customers responsibility to understand this before making a purchase. Owning a copy or a valid demo of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Publisher, iWork Pages or Word Mac OS is necessary to use our template products. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they have the necessary software to use our template products.  FuneralParlourc.com guarantees delivery via email and download links are valid for a period of 48 hours after the purchase is made.  If you need to download your template purchase after the expiry please contact us via our contact page immediately.

Exchanges: Exchange are not permitted due to the nature of our template products. It is the customers responsibility to read each product description carefully before purchasing to ensure it is exactly the style you want.

 

Refunds will not be made if you were unable to use the template in time for a funeral service.  We cannot be held liable for technical difficulties with your PC or Mac if the template is working properly.  If you are experiencing any problems, please contact our customer support via our contact page and we will assist you immediately to ensure your template is fully functioning. If you are experiencing problems, most often it is due to misconfiguration of your computer and not the template, but we will assist you and recommend solutions in order to correct the problem but we must be notified. We will not be help liable for communication received too late which resulted in the template not being used.

We are not responsible for incorrect printing of the templates. There are several ways in which the template can be printed. In your home printer, at a local print shop or business depot store, online or through FuneralParlour.com. Every printer has different configuration settings and we cannot be held liable for this, although we will assist you the best we can if you are experiencing difficulties printing.

Exceptional circumstance do happens at times and we understand this. We will honor refunds for the following reasons.

  • Non-Delivery of the Product: It is possible for your email provider or your own mail server to block our delivery email.  If this happens, you should contact us for assistance via our contact page within 2 days of your purchase. If there is no communication, the product is considered received and downloaded.
  • Download and unzipping issues: On rare occasions its possible to experience difficulties in downloading or unzipping the product.  You are required to contact us via our contact page within 2 days of the purchase if this occurs in order for us to assist you. Failure to do so will void any acceptance for a refund.
  • Severe Problems Opening & Accessing Template: Each template is rigorously tested before making it available for purchase.  Although depending on the configuration of your computer, there is a possibility of such errors.  We maintain the right to solve the issue within 24 hours by phone support and remote access to your computer for troubleshooting purposes.  If after testing all possibilities there is still no solution, we will issue a full refund without compensation or reimbursements. You may also choose to exchange the product for another of equal value.
  • Product not-as-described:  You must report this issue to us via our contact page within 48 hours of purchase.  You must also provide evidence from the product page that the product is not as describe in regards to the specifications listed on the product page. Claims based on customers’ false expectations are not approved.

Third party software compatibility issues are not our responsibility and we do not honor refunds requests for this reason.  We do not provide assistance with software not listed in the product details.
