The funeral service was BEAUTIFUL—-partly because of you, and your staff at Funeral Parlour!!!
200 programs was NOT enough. There were over 600 people at her service. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough for immediate family who came late or wasn’t able to attend at all.

Matthew, people fought over the programs, not because their were not enough programs, but because of the QUALITY! The pastor even held up the program and remarked, “Doesn’t she look good on this program front cover” at which someone in the congregation responded with, “Don’t the program look good.”

I suggested to the funeral director to get a sample program for his future clients to be able to see/handle. Is it possible for you to send a few samples to them? Please let me know if that is at all possible. I could send you the address.

Matthew, I’m praying I don’t have to use your services at all in any time soon — but you need to know how EXCELLENT in customer care you are and how your product has lifted the bar in what funeral programs should look like!
